Rappold Köhli Attorneys at Law Ltd is a young, specialized law firm founded in 2013. In order to offer the best advice we have focused on the following three areas of expertise: real estate, corporate and contract law, as well as M&A and private equity.

Our vision is to be the first Swiss „Next Generation Law Firm“.

We offer a flexible and innovative range of different service and legal fee structures and can tailor the way we charge for our services to meet the individual needs of our clients. We break with the traditional law firm service billing approach to ensure greater cost transparency and better cost control for our clients.
